I feel privileged to have met all the amazing people I met in the past 4 years. 
That was enabled thanks to standing for my values, morals & truth, and speaking out. 
Sure, I lost friends, colleagues, and “convenience” - and that was a necessary process to shed what doesn’t resonate & align with who I truly am, while embracing and embodying my true essence, my voice and my unique gifts. 

We didn’t come here for convenience. 
We came to make a difference and ultimately be of service to humanity. 

And in order to make a difference and be of service to others, we need to do inner work, look inside, clean and clear traumas, in order to make room, to create space - for new things to be born, for others to step into. 

That process comes hand in hand with understanding and defining your boundaries, re-learning when and how to say yes & no to people & opportunities - which are all energies. 

Mind your space. 
Observe the thoughts. 
Take care of your body. 
Feel the energies.
