 I'm pretty sure there are bots that loudly announce who is muting who. 

 I dont know what this means.  But my threshold for muting is adjusted for knowledged based on knowledge bevcause I'm a normal human person. 

 Pretty much everything on nostr is a list. So there's a list for your mutes, there's a list of people who muted you, there's lists for everything. You can check them in various clients. It's not available on every single client, but there are some where you can check more extensive lists of things like that for your npub or anybody's npub at that point.
