Their compliant team will ask for more and more documents for proof of address. And even if you provide the statement from legit financial institutions, their compliant team would fail to recognize the institution and ask for another POA.

Their withdrawal process also imposed travel rules for >1000$ value withdrawals this means the higher the bitcoin price = the lesser sats you can withdraw without having to do extra bullshit documents work.

Overall very friendly (for regulator).
Highly recommend for those who loves being slave to the system.

But worst experience I ever had in kycing for crypto exchanges.

They should’ve open “regulator support departments” in stead of customer support.
