Lol I never had a big house or a nice car, and I've been okay with that for ages, the bitcoin I have has been life-changing for me! 

Also, why would I want to spend my Bitcoin on those things if fiat is still around? i'd rather leverage the devaluing currency for the big purchase in any case?

And If bitcoin does monetise into the multi-trillion dollar range, there will always be someone willing to do a direct deal
