I just love NY Public Libraries. Truly amazing institutions. One if the swiftest crackdowns I saw in China was in 2012 when activists set up alternative school libraries with critical books, must have happened many times over locally without people knowing… makes we wonder if there are any decentralized Libby alternatives out there for ebook distribution?
