Multipolarity is more an observation than a prediction.  The majority of people are coming out of poverty, and getting new opportunities through electricity, technology and the digital revolution.  Steve Jobs was the son of a Syrian migrant.  The next generation of leaders will be more evenly distributed around the world.  This is simply logical because the incremental gains of technology for the rich minority, will be less than the gains for the poor majority.  So its simply a trend that cannot be reversed.  The smart leaders of today will recognize the trend and embrace it, or even rejoice in it.
