Depends on your standpoint. If profane, the thing arises before the name. That is, the mind bound by the phenomenological names (< verb) to define constraints. But if seeing with the single eye, the world of phenomena flows nondiscreetly, so the thing follows the name. But to come down from my floaty cloud of woo woo... I farted. I like to think sats will always be the lowest denomination, so when we get to soft forking more zeroes, what we call sats now will be dimes or something.
