Looks like it prescribes the kind of high-initiative, high-agency warfare that the Korea-era U.S. military could pull off, and that The Ukraine's military has failed badly to replicate. Cold War American doctrine expected every officer on down to be a 110 IQ White guy filled with patriotic fervor, ready to advance whenever the opportunity arose in hopes of making an incremental difference in other units' outlooks, and thus emphasized a decentralized, flexible hierarchy that could survive and thrive under conditions not suited to communication. 

I do not expect that they'll have better luck with libtards, Guatemalans, and DMV ladies than they had with a crop of whichever retarded peasants could be convinced that Zelenskyy is sending them to their deaths for their own good.
