The problem with bitcoin is, people can do whatever they want with it without asking for permission.

The nice thing about the 51% attack is, it only applies to network control, not unit control. 

But I hear these concerns a lot.  I guess I'm curious what your vision of the danger these people represent is. Are we talking potential for fractional reserve, or something else?
