Thinking about the next decade:  
• Elon Musk fixes Texas’ electricity mess
• State of Texas starts mining #Bitcoin
• Texas secedes from the US
• Texas creates BTC-backed national currency
• Musk becomes President of Texas in 2035
• Texas lays claim to Mars

That would leave the remaining electoral map relatively blue-leaning, so probably OK, MS, AL, LA, AR, MO join TX or form their own union.
