Funnily, time would actually pass faster on Pluto as time is slowed by the presence of gravity. Pluto, having much less mass and thus gravity than earth, and experiencing less gravity from the sun due to its extreme distance, would actually experience faster time. Imperceptibly faster, but measurably faster.
