A lawsuit has been filed by Alcon Entertainment, producer of "Blade Runner 2049," against Tesla, Elon Musk, and Warner Bros Digital. The suit alleges that Tesla used AI imagery to duplicate visual effects from the film without obtaining necessary rights. This allegedly occurred when Musk asked to use footage from the movie to promote Tesla's latest concept cars at a studio lot. Alcon refused to provide the necessary rights through Warner, leading Tesla to reportedly create fake Blade Runner images using an AI model.
