The platform provides automatic evaluation using predefined metrics like accuracy, robustness, and toxicity, as well as human evaluation workflows for subjective criteria. With Amazon Bedrock, users can compare multiple models side-by-side, optimizing performance and cost. However, the platform currently only supports specific types of models (Amazon, Meta, and Mistral AI) and may not be suitable for highly specialized or domain-specific use cases.
