19 July 2024 - usual Friday no #tinnitus and i come back to find ( #cbtf ) some cooking oil stolen again, it's been either the cooking oil or washing up liquid aside from the strand of hair they drop in my water jug in the bathroom when they're pissed i used vinegar to clean the toilet again. 

But this Friday was unusual, praise God. It's the first Friday in years i've felt at peace and happy likely because they didn't blast me the entire way with directed microwave energy ( #dew ) to the mosque from #thetower because it is too hot for their sensitive temperaments, #fairweatherfiesties. #mediocre

For about a year, when -- by God's grace -- i've been present through adversity ( present moment awareness ) i'd later see 10,000s of Muslims dying whether in earthquakes or airstrikes but lately it's been something happening in the #US like an assassination attempt or a #wef cyberattack. Interesting times.
