Ditto dont do the one time payments but as an admin, you can blacklist npubs and have better control over who uses your instance and even censor words or spammer characters
That works too, if you have the patience. Pay to play scales better though.

Its a start. Better than the wild west now. Eventually nostr will need to be like Mastodon/Fediverse to survive with mass adoption
I don't think it matters. They just need to take out a shit ton of ads. Jack Dorsey needs to pick a couple clients and pay Elon Musk 6 Gorillian dollars to shill it under every single post.
Have ads for native services like PornHub did with Chaturbate. No need for mass adoption this way.
