Worse days are day 3,4 and 5. It gets better after. 
It's totally a psychological thing. You don't need it. You just need air. 
The pain you feel is normal. Just endure it. 
They say it's worse than heroine to get rid of.... Just keep battling. I can tell you the battle is long, but it does get better.
