However, if all you can offer for someone seeking their first job is an internship, that’s unacceptable. IF YOU OPEN POSITIONS FOR INTERNSHIPS, ITS UNACCEPTABLE! Your employees are the ones who BRING VALUE to your business;  AND THEY ARE THE ONES GENERATES YOU PROFIT! If they require training, it’s YOUR COMPANY'S RESPONSIBILITY to provide it.
