I never showed the finished pawpaw ice cream! 🤤 

Perfect texture, fascinating flavor. Pawpaws taste tropical, fruity, and sweet, but there is strong potential for savory applications. 
I may use most of my remaining pawpaws to make something like a curry dish 🤔 

Look how solidly custardy it was after chilling but before churning 😁 

Enjoyed this bowl with a mug of organic Jade Cloud green tea from Rishi. I enjoy this tea most times I visit Trailhead Coffee Shop in Davis, WV and finally bought some for myself.
