Did you know that Pyongyang, the capital and largest city of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, has more Italian restaurants than Chinese ones?

You see, Kim Jong Il, the second supreme leader of North Korea, fell so hard for Italian cuisine while on a trip during the 90s that he ordered Italian chefs to be brought into the country to share their culinary knowledge.

The only downside is that most people can't afford to eat at those restaurants. 😭 🍕
