Black day of my 43-year-old life and at the same time a request for an explanation?!  How can a person who does not smoke, lives in a clean environment and regularly spends time in nature in the saddle of his horse be diagnosed with lung cancer???  Damn why and how?!!  I hate this shit called cancer... 😭 
Does anyone have a similar experience?  Please help, I'm in this case for the first time and... and I don't know how to deal with it towards my family and what to do next.  I'm scared... 😵‍💫
