 Figured. I pinched a nerve in my spine and went to physical therapy but it didn’t help. Lumbar extensions and deadlifts are what got rid of my lower back pain.  No idea at this point. Before they were strengthening accessory muscles to take the strain off, but now it could be different 🤷‍♀️ can’t imagine working out at this moment 😂
