· Attacks on the media and political opponents, which some see as an attempt to undermine the freedom of the press and political dissent.
· Calls to suppress or punish political protests and dissent, which some see as an attack on the right to free assembly and political expression.
· Attempts to expand executive power and bypass constitutional checks and balances, such as declaring national emergencies to justify unilateral actions.
· Statements praising or supporting authoritarian leaders and regimes, which some see as an endorsement of their anti-democratic practices.
Not to mention his Supreme Court appointments who overturned roe v wade and his statements saying he supports jailing and fining women who get abortions (insane) and being not clear on his stance on places wanting to ban contraception, wanting to impose religious tests on immigrants. Just insanity in a liberal democracy (and he’ll argue states rights, but no one should have to experience this in any state in the U.S.)
