I still cannot abide Mitt Romney. He remains affiliated with a so-called U.S.political party that he himself says is in thrall to demagoguery and with a majority who does not believe in the U.S. Constitution. He should have switched his affiliation to the only genuine major party this country has, the Democratic Party, years ago or at the very least caucused with the Senate Democrats. He could have done some real good that way. His handwringing now accomplishes zip.
