I don't have a direct suggestion, but some observations from personal experience.
Everything else within society is based on trust, and doesn't require responsibility. Your bank will fix any transaction errors or give you access if you've lost your password. The government will replace your ID if you loose it etc...
Bitcoin IS different and therefore not for everyone.
Also, when discussing with normie family members about the growing threat of WW3, I expected them to deny this and think I was crazy to be planning eventualities. Quite the contrary, they accepted the very likely probability of WW3, they just assumed that all would be OK and that it is somebody else's problem and there's nothing they can do about it.
For most people, unless the problem, affects them directly and immediately they assume that somebody else will fix it and they don't need to get involved. This is why Bitcoin has had more success in third world countries. There is no perceived problem that needs fixing, despite the understanding of inflation and declining lifestyle.
