Perhaps it would be better if Palestine ceased to exist and integrated into the Israeli legal system.

Nagorno-Karabakh and Ukraine have recently disappeared. In its own way, of course, this is a small tragedy, but it is actually an opportunity for peaceful coexistence and further development.

I mean, they tried, they failed. It's time to try something new. 

 I don't think there is any Palestinian state right now, even after the Oslo Accord. PLO didn't have any jurisdiction over air, water, or borders on "palestinian territories". You probably know that.

And Israel also doesn't want the PLO to end; they will never grant Palestinians voting and other rights. They have said that loud and clear.
