A) Most npubs think Nostr devs are all Silent Bob, so it's a very surprising thing to say.

B) Most people haven't seen the parallel between Twitterati cross-posting to Nostr and GitHub devs cross-posting to Nostr.

C) They both result in the same #NostrElite impression where people seem aloof and inactive and then suddenly drive-by post some marketing for their fans.

D) They are flat-out refusing to move. If I send them a proposal on ngit, they're like "Write me an issue on GitHub, bro."
