Morgan Stanley is expanding its use of OpenAI-powered chatbot tools to its investment banking and trading division. The tool, called AskResearchGPT, allows users to extract answers from Morgan Stanley's research reports, streamlining the process for analysts and salespeople. According to Katy Huberty, global director of research, the tool has increased productivity by 10 times compared to traditional AI-based tools.
