Jumping to conclusions
Stories I’ve heard
Triggering my confusion
The facts lay bare
My mind disregards
Chasing obsession
Choosing life unfair
This conditions’ condition
Is not rare
Afflicting billions
So take care
Child, and breathe
I choose to regulate
My thoughts, emotions on the sleeve
Quiet the mind
No separation, no me & you
No need to be tough
One more deep breathe
I am enough
