 hmm. dark on dark background with thin border doesn't really work too well, if its small you really should consider making a dark version and light version that is single color. for graphic standout. Just my 0.02, on design.  

I don't think someone editing this will make a big difference unless you make the border a lot thicker for low res and its still not really gonna show up. 

I always include 4 versions of logos or favicons for press kits. 1 for dark background, 1 for light, 1 greyscale for dark bg, 1 greyscale  for light bg. 

reason being, some publications or sites that use it are gonna require b&w only. check even this site for B&W corporate logos https://demo.lnbits.com/
