 Google Cloud has announced plans to make multi-factor authentication (MFA) mandatory for all users by 2025. The phased rollout will begin with prompts and reminders inside the Google Cloud console, gradually enforcing MFA requirements worldwide throughout next year. This move follows similar enforcement by rival cloud giants AWS and Microsoft, citing increased risks associated with enterprise cloud deployments.
