Well, you don’t realize how nasty of a habit it is until you remove yourself from the equation.
Thankfully, I saw through all of the vape propaganda and it saved my life. Now I don’t do either and I feel damn good about it.
Strangely enough, the nicotine is the easy part to get over, it’s the hand to mouth habit that is the hardest part to get over. That and the triggers. Have a beer, need a smoke, have some coffee, need a smoke, just ate, need a smoke, etc.
I’ve done every drug under the sun and they were all easier to quit than smoking, so I hold no judgement against people who haven’t been able to kick the habit yet.
