The GOP dude bought up the fact that many live paycheque to paycheque, but completely dismissed hardship no pay would cause.  "Oh well, they'll get back pay when we open again." When asked if he would be paid, he smirked, said yes, that's the way the constitution was written, not his fault.  Vile, disgusting, nauseating.
