I kid ya not, I'm so ignorant and ultra noob, even after ...what.... 4 years of trying to learn not just about understanding the concept of Bitcoin, but the practicality of finding ways to use it sensibly and to contribute, you know?
I wasn't joking when I said I wasn't a Fed, but I did spend almost 20 years working in government social programs. It's a nightmare. My latest position: working all day on the phones trying to figure out how to help old folks when their medical claims and stuff gets denied. It's a terrifying affair. I have aged 15 years in 15 months. It hurts me alot to hear people cry or in pain, or both. 
Let's just say, I'm not looking forward to Medicare. 
I wish I could afford making to make it my life's mission, u know?
Fix the money does fix the world, perhaps not like immediately/directly... but we know that it does. It lays the foundations to being able to build the blocks that can truly reward actual good behavior. 
I just hope I don't die before I can actually say proudly that I did help bringing peace, bringing a better system that, even if it wasn't perfect, that could truly help the majority, as opposed to how fiat imposes violence on the majority. 
I best stop before I get even more emotional. 
Ima gonna try to see how interested the hubs could be to try study some of the resources you list. We both need to try invest what we can of ourselves.
