Is inconveniencing people really terrorism? I mean .. maybe if you intentionally turn it on during a tornado.
Also, it makes me think about this 60 year old Chicago guy back in 2016. Of course, he had the jammer out in plain view; he wanted people to know he was the reason they couldn't pair their bluetooth headphones.
