What do i have to do to start receiving sats via zaps?

How do i transfer the sats from zaps in and out of a regular bitcoin wallet address for eventual cold storage on external hard drives?

I want to participate in the nostr ecosystem. Start creating and monetizing content via 100% bitcoin. I just need some help with the Nostr onboarding to get things set up safely and professionally.
