Almost every client can generate a nsec/npub for you. I'm not sure what you mean by LNURL not being part of a product. It'sthe address for your lighting wallet and it has a lot of options. On the custodial side Alby is one of the better solutions and even though they are invite only, it's fairly easy to get one. A really quick option is mash.com and if you're outside the US Wallet of Satoshi.
If you want selfcustody Zeus, Mutin Wallet, Phoenix Wallet are all good options, but with self custody you will need to pay a fee to open a lightning channel. Personally I don't think it's worth it if you're starting out and keeping less that $10 in there
