I love finding great deals on food and using that as the impetus to try new things. Snagged a medium sized turkey for less than 5 bucks 🤑

Seasoned it up and right now it’s  #SousVide cooking for 24 hours and will do a hot and fast rip on the #Smoker to finish it. Hope it turns out well!
