 Are you doing other workouts as well? That’s why I never jumped on. Wanted a more rounded regimen. 
 Yeah I walk at least 10k steps a day, do strength training 2-3 times a week, and yoga and pilates once a week. Some weeks I also do muay thai and boxing, but the guy who trains me at my apartment hasn't been around lately. 
 Damn! Get it!
