* The "Hero" 
refers to the generation born during a time of crisis who come of age during the Fourth Turning. 
This generation, often called the "Millennials" (born roughly from 1982 to 2004), is expected to play a key role in resolving the crisis through collective action, rebuilding institutions, and leading societal recovery. 

The Hero generation is characterized by their teamwork, optimism, and sense of duty, driving them to tackle the challenges of the Fourth Turning and shape the new order that emerges from it.


* The "Nomad" 
refers to the generation born during an Awakening period, growing up during an Unraveling, and coming of age during a Crisis. 
This generation, often referred to as "Generation X" (born roughly from 1961 to 1981), is characterized by their pragmatic, resilient, and independent nature. 

As young adults, they experience societal fragmentation and tend to be skeptical of institutions.
