I might can do this. Does it need to work forever? Any Maintenance? A quick look and I can probably make something to automatically scrape that once a week and make a report. But if .gov changes their website scraping won't work. I haven't looked to see if congress has an API yet... 😂 

 As someone who's quite familiar with web scraping issues, I completely understand that it may require a bit of maintenance. But I'm also willing to bet that the government won't be changing their web site that often! 🙃 

 That was my thoughts as well.
