nostr:npub13azv2cf3kd3xdzcwqxlgcudjg7r9nzak37usnn7h374lkpvd6rcq4k8m54 I had a little prototype a while back for a getwired.app type board that allowed anon posting but required a payment to a hodl invoice to post. if the post was deemed illegal or spam by a mod then the invoice would be settled and the post removed, otherwise it would be canceled. 

So free for quality posts but costly for spam.

Even had a way for anons to report through a similar expensive to spam mechanism but even better because the reporter could take a cut of original poster's "bond" meaning that good mods would actually get paid *mind blown*

maybe that would be enough to safely revive getwired.app
