I'm trying to interact with phoenixd but all the guides I find are a little light on the details. I sent 20 sats to the bolt12 offer and it went through so it looks like it is working. After starting (./phoenixd) I'm unable to use any of the commands like:

- phoenix-cli getinfo
- phoenix-cli getbalance

Is there something I'm missing?
