I’m sorry to hear that.  I can only recommend turning off the “news” and take an assessment of your life.  You’ll probably find you can live a nice life either way.   I strongly prefer one outcome in this election.  If it doesn’t go my way I’ll just consider it one more data point on understanding where I live.
