 Tucked into our first Big Black Mamma and hoo boy, it packs a punch. It has that beautiful naga aroma — and a strong burn. I exercised caution and put just a half in a venison chilli I have on the stove (1kg of meat sort of size), after an hour we tasted it and it was hot, but not hot hot... so the other half went in and now... it is lava.

This is the type of chilli where just licking the jucies off a finger after dicing it will buuurrrrnnnn... love it.
