kind 1 are definitely used for technical discussion sometimes
i don't think nostrudel, or the common clients, support posting anything else

it would be less of an issue if replaceable notes were shown in the same timeline by clients, then people who want edits could use those and there would be no reason to fight about kind 1 technical details
