On Wednesday last week I also had my first laparoscopy (I had period at time as well 😅). I know that I had endo, but doctors wasn't sure how big it is and if my ovaries are in good shape to have kids. They find out that my uterus was full of endo, they remove it and now it should be ok for while. 💪 I choose best clinic in Czech republic for it and I am really grateful. The worst thing was my not working blender and therefore I got cather for two days 🤮 But I am ready to go back to life.
What about you? How long last your surgery?
Ugh that’s awful! My uterus is retroverted so there was like a patch that was hurting my back. I’m lucky it didn’t spread that much and I think they got it. It’s so relieving to have answers finally. I was relieved I didn’t wake up with a cath, but I’m sorry you did. I had mine yesterday and that gas stuff they fill us up with is way worse than I thought 😂
The gas was second bad thing about surgery - I need to take pills to get it away after 2 days 😅 They told me to walk a lot, but it didn't help much. I wish you quick recovery.
How long you should stay in hospital?
I was only in there for the surgery which was like 4 hours and then they sent me home. Did you get to stay overnight?
I stayed 2 nights (in total 4 days) and I still needed to convince doctor to let me go 😅
Dude. American healthcare is a shitcoin for sure 😂
I finally got back all money I put in our healcare taxes 😁
