🚀 New version of NDK's Svelte Components: 1.4.

Many bugfixes, but the most important is a new <EventThread> component, extracted from the guts of Shipyard, which allows to create properly-displayed threads, the way nostr:npub1dergggklka99wwrs92yz8wdjs952h2ux2ha2ed598ngwu9w7a6fsh9xzpc expects them too.

Now all NDK-based applications can make Gigi happy.
