i have only been out here in the boonies for like, what, 4 days now, pretty much gone fully #fruit/#dairy/#carnivore and i look at my face in the mirror and i swear i've shed 5 years of visual appearance of age

gotta do #bbq today, didn't make a fire yesterday because i had plenty to go on with, i didn't know how much would be a full meal

#beef is magic... it really does seem to have something in it that makes you feel more satisfied, and nothing works the same

unbelievable that i have to move to the boonies to find a slab of uraguayan beef in the freezer that is sooo good for me...
