I think nostr:npub1qny3tkh0acurzla8x3zy4nhrjz5zd8l9sy9jys09umwng00manysew95gx has been right to call them out when they make their bold claims. Any company that appears on the BTC scene and blankets the social media with ads the way Swan has, usually ends up with problems or started with well disguised problems. 

Should we start with a list of companies? I'm sure nostr:npub1qny3tkh0acurzla8x3zy4nhrjz5zd8l9sy9jys09umwng00manysew95gx could publish one but I'm not surprised by much any more.
