i think i can say that one week in, i'm starting to feel quite noticable improvements due to the addition of extra potassium salts to my diet, but still not a big enough improvement that i can see myself starting to work out regularly... i'll probably be 20% more improment over time from exercise than before
but it's definitely improving, and it's quite notable that one of the things that is improving with potassium, as i've mentioned before, is my mood is improved dramatically and almost immediately... the muscular/neuromuscular stuff is maybe 20% better than before, but my mood is easily 50% improved
i've started taking magnesium in the stack as well now, and i suppose it's gonna follow a similar timeline, probably a week to first noticable improvements and probably a month to get fully back on track
i think part of the reason for all this is there is a specific rate of regeneration for all tissue... bones take 7 years, for example, so it probably took 7 years for my bones to get fragile as they are now (based on the months long recovery of tendon injuries and light bone injuries i have experienced in recent years)
i think muscles take 3-4 weeks to fully regenerate, that it takes that long for the sustained adequate supply of potassium, and probably magnesium too, to fully perculate through the muscle tissue so that it all functions normally again
looking forward to it... i've for sure learned just how important these minerals are, and i'll have to gradually improve my strategies for keeping the balances sustained, but also i will be simply adding them to my diet on a regular basis, probably in the near future i will get a heap of USP grade mineral salts and mix them up in a ratio, grind them nicely and pack into capsules to take on a regular basis daily
swallowing half teaspoons of raw salts is a bit unpleasant and i'd much rather be able to just take a fat O cap twice a day and done
